'AlarmNotifier' Gives You a Handy ETA Pop-up When You Make or Toggle a New Alarm
If you create and use alarms on your iOS device frequently, then using this new free jailbreak tweak called AlarmNotifier
by iOS developer Josh Doctors might be a great idea.
With AlarmNotifier installed, whenever you create a new alarm, or turn an existing alarm on, you will get a pop-up alert that tells you how much more time will go by before that alarm goes off. The tweak can also put the time left below the actual alarm, as shown above.
AlarmNotifier adds a preferences pane to the Settings application where you can configure a few individual options:
The options include enabling or disabling the tweak on demand, enabling or disabling the pop-up for creating new alarms, enabling or disabling the pop-up for turning on existing alarms, enabling or disabling auto-dismiss for the pop-up, choosing the amount of seconds for the pop-up to display before auto-dismissing, and enabling the time remaining below the alarm in the Clock application interface.
Currently, AlarmNotifier only works for non-repeating alarms, but the developer notes that he's working on bringing the feature to repeating alarms as well in the near future.
If you would like to give AlarmNotifier a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak requires iOS 7 to be installed.
