  • 'StatusBright' Lets You Adjust the Display Brightness By Swiping on the Status Bar

In the event that you have the brightness slider hidden from Control Center with an add-on like CCLoader and you need a quick way to adjust your display brightness, you can use a new free jailbreak tweak called StatusBright by iOS developer cl3ment.

This tweak will let you swipe left or right on your Status Bar to adjust the display brightness. The functionality is a lot like SwipeBright, which hasn't yet been updated with support for iOS 7, except that StatusBright is a much simpler, and dumbed-down version of the tweak intended just for iOS 7.

Swiping to the left will turn the display brightness down, while swiping to the right will turn the display brightness up.

The tweak doesn't have any options to configure. If you want to give StatusBright a try, it's available for free right now in Cydia's ModMyi repository.

Cool app, but a little buggy and seems to only work on the home screen, not in-app.

I used this for a bit but had to remove it as every time I pulled down NC it would change my screen brightness. Such a shame as it's a cool tweak.
