If you text message or iMessage people frequently, then you probably have a lot of conversations going on at once in your Messages application.
A new free jailbreak tweak called MessageSwiper7
by iOS developer MattCMultimedia is now available in Cydia's BigBoss repository that makes moving from one conversation to the next in the Messages application easier and more fun than ever before.
With this tweak installed, you can swipe from the right side of the display to the left to bring up a message preview of the next conversation in your Messages application, as shown above, and if you let go, your Messages application will move to that conversation instead.
The tweak adds a preferences pane to the Settings application where you can configure the tweak to your personal liking:
You can easily enable or disable the tweak on demand from the toggle switch in the preferences pane, enable or disable the preview feature of the message conversation that you're about to move to, enable or disable wrap around, and configure where and how much to swipe. You can choose to swipe from the edge of the display, or from the center.
Configuring this tweak to swipe from the center is probably the better option, because if you leave it to swipe from the edges, then we find it conflicts with iOS 7's swipe gesture to move you to the main conversation view window of the Messages application, and when it does this, all you can do is swipe from the right side of the display to the left, and there's seemingly no way to go in reverse. So we would definitely recommend the center-based gesture.
If you want to give MessageSwiper7 a try, and we do recommend that you do if you message a ton of people, then you can find it for free in Cydia's BigBoss repository. The tweak requires iOS 7 to be installed.
