  • Very Popular Springtomize 3 Jailbreak Tweak for iOS 7 Updated With Many Improvements

A new version of the insanely popular all-in-one jailbreak tweak Springtomize by iOS developer Filippo Bigarella was released earlier this week dubbed Springtomize 3 with full support for iOS 7.

The popular tweak has received a notable update that adds a number of improvements that users are going to enjoy taking advantage of. As far as bug fixes and improvements are concerned, Springtomize 3 has received the following:

    Bug fixes and improvements
    • Icon badges being displayed behind icons when using coverflow effect.
    • Compatibility with Infinidock (adding dynamic coverflow effect).
    • Icon labels briefly reappearing when launching apps.
    • Custom number of rows causing icons not to be correctly spaced.
    • Custom number of rows not applying in folders.
    • Updated localizations.
    • Screen blinking right after being turned off.
    • Custom carrier not working on iPod touch / iPad.
In addition to bug fixes and improvements, users will find that Springtomize 3 has also been given a number of brand new features. Key among these, users won't have to respring anymore after changing certain things in Springtomize 3's preferences pane in the Settings application, apart from a number of options that do still require a respring. Also, a "Reset" button has been added to each pane so users can easily set everything back to the original settings. Other new features in the update include the following:

    What's new:
    • No need to respring anymore for (almost) all the settings. See changes in real time!
    • Added a "Reset" button to each section, to quickly reset all its settings to their default values.
    • Adjust the space between icon columns/rows in pages and folders.
    • Adjust the side insect of icons in pages, folders and in the dock.
    • Icon image transparency.
    • Turkish localization.
There's no doubt that Springtomize 3 is one of the more worthwhile tweaks, if not the most worthwhile tweak, to install on your iOS 7 device. If you haven't bought it already, then we would highly suggest it. The tweak gives you so much potentiality in customizing different features of iOS in one jailbreak tweak that it's worth the price tag of $2.99.

If you own older versions of Springtomize, then Springtomize 3 is a $1.99 upgrade in Cydia. If you own Springtomize 3 already, then this latest update is free to you.

Well, most of them. There are still a few that require a respring, but most of them can change without it.

i'm hoping that a feature to change the text color of the clock and text color for the home screen icons is in the works... like previous versions. does anybody know of some other tweak that can change the text color in iOS 7?

Yes cyberjunkyfreak, try using "Messages Customiser" as it allows you to tweak almost anything Imessage related including text color :]

Lock Screen Customizer for lock screen. None for customizing color on springboard, yet.

Folder spacing is still off when changing the layout. I would like to have 3x5 with the same spacing for my iPhone 5s.

When changing the badge color and badge color text using springtomize, the badge number doesn't update unless you respring. This still hasn't been fixed.

Have you e-mailed Filippo with this issue?

He won't know what to fix until users point out the bugs to him.

Still nothing about the App Switcher? That was my only reason for having Springtomize 2, so that only apps that were actually running showed in the app switcher, instead of a long *** list of recent apps...

Seems to have a conflict with Invisible Folders tweak. After installing folder icons have a white background where it once was clear
