  • Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas to Release on the iOS Platform Tomorrow

Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas will be following the path of its predecessor and making the leap to iOS devices on December 12. The game, which is widely considered to be one of the best of the Grand Theft Auto series seems to be revamped for its iOS debut and comes complete with higher-resolution graphics, cloud saved support and custom playlist support as well.

The game is also said to be one of the first big releases to support the iOS controller framework that Apple announced at WWDC 2013. This move is great since the open-world nature of the GTA series makes fiddling with virtual touchscreen buttons a bit of a hassle. What makes the whole deal more appealing is that the game will set one back just $9.99 USD when it launches tomorrow – which for the price is a steal.

Will any of you be picking it up?

I'll still buy it even though I've beaten it. Who doesn't like to steal cars and beat up people in their free time?

If your jailbroken, look into BluTrol. I use it to play Hill Climb on my iPod with a PS3 controller.

I have an Icontrolpad, but unfortunately my iPad broke and apple sent me a replacement on ios 7. So it's either wait for a jb, or a apple controller now.

Meh, I’d probably get this if I hadn’t gotten my fill of stealing cars and running people over with the boot-leg version, “Gangstar Rio” that I got for free at some point. It was good enough for casual gaming/killing fun.
