  • Straight Talk and NET10 to Start Offering the iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c on December 13th

If you want the latest and greatest smartphone(s) from Apple, but donít want to get sucked into a contract with a pricey cellular provider, then youíll be happy to hear that two contract-free cellular providers are about to start offering the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c on December 13th.

As 9to5Mac reports, both Straight Talk and NET10 will begin offering the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c at non-subsidized pricing ($649 for the iPhone 5s and $549 for the iPhone 5c) without any contracts attached on December 13th at Walmart. This price is for the 16GB capacity model in any color, although other storage options don't appear to be available. The two carriers also offer the iPhone 4s in an 8GB configuration.

Straight Talk and NET10 will offer customers unlimited talk, text, and data with their new iPhone 5s, iPhone 5c, or iPhone 4s.

Being that Walmart will begin selling the iPhone 5s and iPhone 5c without a contract through these two carriers on December 13th, this gives last-minute holiday shoppers who need gift ideas a chance to run to the store and grab their family member(s) a new handset without having to drag a pricey contract out the door with them.
