New iOS App Lets iPhone 5c Users Put Their Case on Backwards to Play Connect Four
iPhone 5c users that have one of Apple’s iPhone 5c cases can use a new App Store application to play connect four through the circular holes on the iPhone 5c case. In connect four, two players compete to try and get four of their colored chips in a row.
The application is called Flipcase
by Bytesize, and as the name implies, you will be putting your iPhone 5c case on your iPhone 5c backwards and playing connect four through the holes of the case. Flipcase is a free application in the App Store, and you can watch a video demonstration of the application below:

Interestingly, all of the interface elements of the application are designed to perfectly align with the display when the holes of the iPhone 5c case overlap the display of the iPhone 5c. The game includes both a one-player mode, as well as a two-player mode.
Technically speaking, you don’t have
to have an iPhone 5c to play this game. The developers note that it will run on any iPhone that has a four-inch display, but using the iPhone 5c with its official case from Apple just gives the game that finishing touch that the developers intended for it to have. Not to mention, the interface is a little confusing to the eyes without the case's holes to guide you on where exactly to tap.
Your iPhone does need to be running iOS 7 to install the application. If you want to download Flipcase and start playing the game, it's available in the App Store for free via this link
