On Tuesday, eBay updated their iOS application in the App Store, bringing the application up to version 3.1.0.
Tuesday’s update adds an all-new look for iOS 7 users, ahead of Wednesday's public release, which includes the flatter interface and more vibrant use of colors. But that's not all...
EBay also added a slew of new features that users are sure to enjoy using, such as being able to see search options with a swipe, the ability to remove individual items from your recent search history, the ability to edit your shipping address from your profile screen, and faster upload speeds for sellers trying to post items for sale from the application.
In addition, multiple improvements have been added, including:
- Improvements to make searching for items easier
- Improvements to searched that you've saved, and sellers that you've saved
- Improvements to currency conversions
- Other bug fixes and stability enhancements
Notably, eBay tells us that users must be running at least iOS 6 to install this update. iOS device users that are on devices running an iOS version earlier than iOS 6 will be able to take advantage of the App Store’s new support for downloading legacy versions of App Store applications, which we covered for you here.
Existing users of the eBay application for iOS will find the update under the Updates tab in the App Store. Alternatively, you can download the latest version of the eBay application from the App store for free from this link.
