Apple to Reportedly Make AppleCare Support Open for Users 24/7
Those that have issues with their Apple devices late at night may no longer need to wait until the morning to ask for help. Apple will reportedly be enabling their online AppleCare chat support feature 24 hours a day and seven days a week for users so that issues can be dealt with at the userís convenience no matter what day it is or what time of the day it is.
, the 24/7 AppleCare service will be available in coming weeks starting as early as Monday August 12, 2013 for some and will include an iOS-friendly user interface that can be accessed from what we assume to be all mobile iOS devices through the Mobile Safari Web browser.
As usual, use of the 24/7 AppleCare chat support service will require the user to be covered under an AppleCare protection plan, which can be the one-year automatic after purchase protection plan, or the extended protection plan that can be purchased separately with an Apple device when it is bought.
Through the AppleCare chat support, users can ask questions about why their iOS device isnít working correctly and get answers about how to fix it. The support covers iOS devices and Mac machines alike.
