If customizing every little element of SpringBoard for looks is something you enjoy doing, then you will want to have a look at a new jailbreak tweak called Selenium
by iOS developer SuperDev.
Selenium gives you a wide variety of tweaking options for individual interface elements, such as the App Switcher, notification banners, the home screen dock, the volume HUD (heads-up display), home screen application icons, home screen pages, the Status Bar, and more.
The tweak isnít shy on options either; in fact, it's quite the opposite of that and if you're not used to seeing a ton of options, it can be slightly overwhelming. For each of the items mentioned above, there are several options you can configure to your own liking, such as alpha levels, borders and border colors, backgrounds, text colors, text fonts, text sizes, and more.
You will find various sliders, toggle switches, and text input fields in the Settings that you can configure to your liking for each individual element in SpringBoard. After you're finished changing everything to your liking, you will find a Respring button in the preferences pane that you can use to save your changes.
You can do some pretty interesting combinations with the options Selenium offers, and you can be sure no one else's iPhone looks like yours:
Selenium is compatible with the iPhone, iPod touch, and the iPad right out of the box and works with iOS 6.0 and later. If you would like to give Selenium a shot, it's available in Cydia's BigBoss repository right now for just $1.99, which for the sheer amount of options, is a very reasonable price.
