Auxo for the iPad is Coming Along Nicely
Auxo, the popular app switcher-enhancing jailbreak tweak by iOS development team Ałtweaks
, is expected to become available for the iPad next month
. Auxo is unique for having an eye-candy interface that includes all of the stock features of the App Switcher, as well as others, like toggles, swipe gestures, a brightness slider, and the ability to kill all applications at once. It's also great how Auxo uses screenshots of the applications you have open and overlays the icon over them.
Auxo for the iPad is being teased yet again by the developers, as you can see above. The last teaser showed the application-switching interface, while this new teaser appears to focus on the music controls interface of Auxo for the iPad. In other words – it's coming along nicely!
It's obvious that the developers are putting a lot of time into optimizing everything to take full advantage of the iPad's larger display. All of the application screenshot previews in Auxo for iPad are iPad-shaped, just like the iPhone 5 application screenshots are actually taller than the iPhone 4/4S screenshots and resemble the display difference, which is a nice little feature.
We are hoping to see a preview of the toggle interface of Auxo for the iPad before its release, which will most likely allow users to have more than four toggles per row like the iPhone version does to allow for maximum display usage on the iPad. As of right now, Auxo for the iPad is still in the works, and it should be out next month.
