iTunes in the Cloud for Movies Launches in 11 New Countries
Apple has launched iTunes in the Cloud for Movies in 11 additional countries, reports TNW. Apple also launched iTunes in the Cloud for TV Shows in France. Apple's iTunes in the Cloud for movies and TV shows has recently got around to rolling out in to France and other parts of Europe, a long time after it came out in the US. The new service for these countries will allow users to buy films and TV shows from a computer, Apple TV or iOS device, then download it for free from the cloud on another.
Apple has confirmed that the following countries are rolling out this feature: Belgium, Cyprus, Denmark, Finland, France, Greece, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden. According to theNextWeb, Apple confirmed with by email that France was the only country in this batch to receive iTunes in the Cloud for TV shows.
Apple has been slowly rolling out iTunes in the Cloud functionality internationally since the service first began in the U.S. in late 2011.
